Demystifying Team Coaching
Traditional change management models no longer work: todays companies are facing continuous change, rather than one time changes. Continuous change has become the only constant as it, by definition, never stops. This phenomenon is very challenging. For line managers who, sometimes desperately, try to manage the unmanageable, when all they can do is just… listen. But also for internal and external coaches, this change context is quite specific.
We train and coach digitally small groups of participants in the do’s and don’ts of continuous change.
It’s in this specific context that this training gives answers: what specific insights, strategies, methodologies and competencies do coaches need to master, to offer outstanding coaching interventions in times of continuous change ? This training aims to focus coaches on the processof continuous change, and how they can coach through this entire process. And no longer to do “some” coaching efforts during a one time change project.
This training and certification is intended for coaches who need to coach leaders, line managers, employees and teams that go through continuous change. In client organizations (external coaches) or in the own organization (internal coaches)
