For courage — not complacency — is our need today.
Leadership — not salesmanship.
And the only valid test of leadership is the ability to lead,
and lead vigorously.

Leadership is one of the key strategic capabilities an organization needs to be(come) resilient. WIthout it strategies are bound to fail. At the same time it is one of those capabilities that are extremely difficult to develop. It costs time.
Strategies often fail because of lacking or weak leadership capabilities.
We support organization in the development of their strategic leadership capability. These are the service we offer:
We use our proprietary audeio-method to guide organizations to a higher leadership capability.
There are a lot of myths about leadership, but one thing is sure: leaders must be develop trust, create meaningfulness, help people to grow and create an engaging context. The way they can do this is not by using their power, position or pressure but by being human. This might sound too simple, but it’s not. There aren’t that many natural-born leaders. And too many leaders think that leadership is about them. But it’s not.
Leaders need to show empathy, fairness, kindness and reciprocity. These are human skills that we all have. And yet, they are sometimes difficult to use in an organizational setting. Why?
Leaders today need to be versatile and adapt to the situations they are in. That means that they need to be able to switch between strategic and operational leadership, people-oriented and task-oriented leadership. The times have gone that we thought that leaders should only have one best style. Leadership is much more complicated than that and therefore not that easy to develop. But that does not mean that it is impossible.
